I STARTED AS A SERVICE PORTER, MOVED TO DETAIL FOR 1YEAR BECAME A DETAIL MANAGER, WAS A DETAIL MANAGER FOR 7YEARS, MOVED TO SALES DID CAR SALES FOR 6 YEARS DID FLOOR SALES AND INTERNET MANAGER.I HAVE TRAINING FROM DISNEY, RITZ-CARLTON,AND BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY. I STARTED IN SERVICE IN JULY/ 2019 AFTER A FEW YEARS OUT OF THE CAR BUSINESS. I HAVE A BEAUTIFUL SON THAT IS MY WHOLE WORLD. Too many issues to include in a brief survey. I will state that I was at the dealership for over 3 hours to have tire rotation and A/C cleaning done. I originally stopped to have an oil change. T I will state that I was at the dealership for over 3 hours to have tire rotation and A/C cleaning done. I originally stopped to have an oil change. They told me I didn’t need that done. I had them do a tire rotation and check a rattle in my A/C. I was given an estimate of just over an hour. When I checked on it at 80 minutes, because the status on the board never changed, I was told they don’t hear the rattle (it’s still there) and they recommended an A/C cleaning. Believing that might help the issue, I agreed to the cleaning. Another hour+ later, I checked on it again and was told he was just finishing. I could see my car sitting in the back, NOT in a work stall, running for another 25 minutes before I was called to the service desk. More

This is our 3rd vehicle purchase from Daytona Toyota (because…Seymour 😊) I’ve been getting maintenance for 3 years on my Tundra & always had good service. However, this time on top of stellar work, I h (because…Seymour 😊) I’ve been getting maintenance for 3 years on my Tundra & always had good service. However, this time on top of stellar work, I had a wonderful experience with my counter person, Thomas. He was so helpful & gave excellent customer service. He told me about an hour wait & when it went past an hour, He came to apologize & said they were taking care of it & wouldn’t be too much longer which was greatly appreciated. He could have called me over the intercom and told me -instead -he came to me with a heads up. I am extremely happy with the customer service I received from the time I made the appointment all the way to the end. He explained what they took care of, their recommendations for further maintenance clearly and answered my questions in a way that was helpful & not condescending. I hope he is my counter person going forward. More

Service Dept is good; just try to sell service on mileage a lot without explaining it as such, just that you "need " it done. My recent visit probably was most frustrating. I brought my Corolla a week afte a lot without explaining it as such, just that you "need " it done. My recent visit probably was most frustrating. I brought my Corolla a week after having serviced before a family emergency trip out of state. When I got there, I was told it would be a $155.00 diagnostic fee. I just had tires rotated, and the front end had a bad vibration coming home. I wasn't sure if it was something they worked on. Not happy. More

They need to be more concerned with the customer than the almighty dollar. All they do is bring you a list.
