I STARTED AS A SERVICE PORTER, MOVED TO DETAIL FOR 1YEAR BECAME A DETAIL MANAGER, WAS A DETAIL MANAGER FOR 7YEARS, MOVED TO SALES DID CAR SALES FOR 6 YEARS DID FLOOR SALES AND INTERNET MANAGER.I HAVE TRAINING FROM DISNEY, RITZ-CARLTON,AND BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY. I STARTED IN SERVICE IN JULY/ 2019 AFTER A FEW YEARS OUT OF THE CAR BUSINESS. I HAVE A BEAUTIFUL SON THAT IS MY WHOLE WORLD. I ENJOY THE OUT DOORS, FISHING, 4 WHEELERS, COOKOUTS, BEACH AND POOL DAYS, AND BEING WITH LOVED ONES. I WAS BORN IN LEXINGTON, KY BUT HAVE LIVED IN VARIOUS PARTS OF FLORIDA SINCE I WAS 6 YRS OLD

My clerk Emily is amazing but the shuttle service , was a delay and another desk clerk came up and kind of demanded that his customer go home first then after awhile waiting on the shuttle once I finally got delay and another desk clerk came up and kind of demanded that his customer go home first then after awhile waiting on the shuttle once I finally got home I got a call that my car was ready. I just felt like it was unfair and this is not the first time this has happen to me like the third time and I don’t know why I pay everything on time and I’m always nice More

Thomas is awesome. I never have a problem when he is there.
