Noteworthy Honda Corporate/Acura Columbus Service Support Major root cause of "rattle noise" was ascertained with suspension system (left strut). Although vehicle was beyond manufacturer's warranty covera Major root cause of "rattle noise" was ascertained with suspension system (left strut). Although vehicle was beyond manufacturer's warranty coverage (60,000 miles), Terry Nader worked with Honda Corporate support team (April Blank-800-382-2238 X87233)) to reach a fair and reasonable settlement on sharing of repair cost. Most noteworthy, though, is that Terry did test ride after repair and identified additional problem with right strut. He really went "the extra mile" with the test drive to ensure that the vehicle was completely ready for my safe use. He communicated with and secured approval from Honda/Acura corporate to include this 2nd strut repair under the previously reached agreement. In general, I was very pleased that Honda/Acura Columbus treated me fairly in the settlement. I truly appreciated Terry's personal support of my position and his diligence to ensure that the vehicle was in complete working order before its release to me. Also, both the interior and the exterior of vehicle was especially clean at time of pick up. More
