Jimmy helped what can sometimes be a long process a very easy and pleasant experience. He was considerate of our time as we had our two young children with us on a terribly rainy afternoon. Jake was easy to work with. I did not appreciate the typical games that most dealerships play, low balling me with an offer for my trade in vehicle that was unfair. What they didn’t know is that we already had information from a trusted source (who sells car for a living) that gave us a price of what the trade in vehicle was going to be sold for by a dealership.
