It took over 2 years after purchasing my truck for this dealer to add 3 missing microchips. Although GMC advised the final chip was available last September and I contacted the dealer several times regardi dealer to add 3 missing microchips. Jake was easy to work with. I did not appreciate the typical games that most dealerships play, low balling me with an offer for my trade in vehicle that was unfair.
