Very slow with customer service. I drove 8 hours to buy a truck, and ended up driving away because of the lack of service and attention to my offer. They called me as I was driving I drove 8 hours to buy a truck, and ended up driving away because of the lack of service and attention to my offer. They called me as I was driving away, so I told them that I did not think that they valued my business as I still had an eight hour drive to go home. Long and short is we did make a deal, but not happy with the experience. When I came back a few days later to pick up the truck, the detailing was good in some ways but the detailer had missed cleaning the box under the tonneau cover, and the stench of perfumed cleaners was more than my allergies could handle so I had a difficult time driving home. Overall, not very impressed. More

Skip forward to 2023 I contacted Nic and told him the GF needs a new vehicle and what she was looking for. He passed us on to Taylor since he’s moved to finance and she was great to deal with as well! No xx straight to the sale done deal! I have really enjoyed my new truck, the team got me set up with Ford's phone App, got me $200 worth of reward points just for buying a vehicle, and even set my phone up so I could book my next service in a up with Ford's phone App, got me $200 worth of reward points just for buying a vehicle, and even set my phone up so I could book my next service in about 5 clicks!
