The worst experience of my life!! Do not, will not, recommend Lokey Nissan! The whole experience left so much to be desired. I am a single white female of the older generation and feel I was genuinely recommend Lokey Nissan! The whole experience left so much to be desired. I am a single white female of the older generation and feel I was genuinely treated like xxxx by everybody that I dealt with. I was lied to. I was treated like I was stupid. I was coerced into things I didn’t want. And they damage the car before I took delivery and to that the sales person said “well It is a used car”, like that made it all right. I canceled the overpriced maintenance contract that the finance manager roped me into. It has been over two months and they still have not sent my cancellation notice in so that I can be refunded my $3000. I was told it would take 5 to 6 weeks and here we are sitting on week 10. Now nobody who has been in business for any amount of time is that inept except for Lokey Nissan. I wanted a book to go with my 2019 Nissan Ultima. The sales idiot had the audacity to hand me a 2017 Sentra buck. They sold the car with two keys but apparently lost one of them. I don’t know if they expected me to just go away with one key. I bought the car with two keys I wanted two keys. That fiasco took almost 4 weeks to get the second key. After I was told that the keys were on back order, two days later I walked into Lokey and got the xxxx key done myself. Nothing but a bunch of liars. Only because I was a Female, alone, was I treated like that. What is shame in this day and age the idiots Lokey Nissan are still as immature as they were 25 years ago. And I still might sue for shady business practices, coersion, scratches on the trunk lid that were made by their maintenance crew AFTER I signed the contract to purchase and BEFORE I took delivery. The 10 to 15 unnecessary trips to get the book and key and maintenance contract issue straightened out, of which is still ongoing. UN-FREAKING BELIEVABLE. NOT ONE MANGER, GENERAL MANAGER OR THE OWNER REACHED OUT TO ME WITH AN APOLOGY OR ANYTHING ELAE TO MAKE THIS RIGHT. More

Good customer service but lacking in commumication. Went above and beyond to procure us a vehicle. Fell short in keeping us informed on the process of transporting from another dealership. above and beyond to procure us a vehicle. Okay to be clear before I call Wesley chapel. Can you Okay to be clear before I call Wesley chapel. Can you send a video of the car? $289 a month. Nissan 2020 SV with moon roof light interior meta Okay to be clear before I call Wesley chapel. Can you send a video of the car? $289 a month. Nissan 2020 SV with moon roof light interior metallic gray. Lifetime maintenance and 4 free tanks of gas Windows Tinted My boss said we'll make it happen I honestly feel like you just spit in my face‼️ I worked my butt off trying to get you the exact deal you wanted for the last couple days. we finally get where you wanted to be for you to say no and leave. Smh. All that for window Tint. Text messages before and after. Before when I was told they would match what Wesley chapel was offering. (Only did the courtesy of telling lowkey I was going with Wesley chapel as I respected my salesman. After I arrived at lowkey, they tried upping the price to 326 then 309 then when I said this isn’t what we spoke about. Signing and about to go into finance and I ask if the car is going to be tinted today or do I need to come back. My salesperson, Tate, looked at me like I had two heads. After going to his manager, they said there was no room in the lease for tint. I then got upset as this is not what I drove there for after trying to confirm, and telling Wesley chapel I was going with lowkey. It was extremely frustrating to be told one thing then once I got there got messed around with. After coming back to the table he offered me a cheat sheet for the survey I was going to get on him and then they would put the tint in. Where did there become room in the lease? Not when they said they would make it happen before I got there. No. It was only after I called Wesley chapel back regretting my decision to go with lowkey bc they were closer to where I live. I left lowkey that day after being offered exactly what I came for just for the back and forth playing games hassle of it all. I didn’t want to be treated that way. Wesley chapel was great, even delivered my car to me and I am very happy with it. Now when I get their review in my inbox it will be the exact opposite of this one. The sad thing I was going to give my salesman, Tate, all 10’s anyway as I assumed it was his manager calling the shots and being aggressive in the back but after leaving the dealership and receiving this text^ I never will return after leasing two vehicles and my family leasing owning two from lowkey. We will never return and I will badmouth To anyone who will listen to me about lowkey Nissan. Oh and the manager Bill Carey, who tried to stop me from leaving and wondering what else he could do to earn my business as he fixes “problems” He was pretty rude himself after he knew he couldn’t win me over. Bill kept saying “I was just brought into all this, I didn’t know of this situation a few minutes ago. I would never lose you over window tint.” Well 3 tips for you 1. Employ less slimy salesman 2. Have your employees pick their battles. 3. Stay true to their word, especially when it’s in writing More
