I alyas take my Toyota cars to this dealership. I have been taking my Toyota cars to this dealership since early 2000s. A long ago there was a service manager named Eric Bates, he was par excellent I have been taking my Toyota cars to this dealership since early 2000s. A long ago there was a service manager named Eric Bates, he was par excellent. Even current crop also provides me with excellent service They answers all my questions honestly. Even buying vehicles were made easy. I bought three vehicles from this dealership. Christian Norman and Chris Gorden help me to navigate the maze of information. In service Tara and Josh very thorough and helpful. Also, save me money applying discounts or coupons which I did not aware. Great job guys!! More

1st Service Visit! With very little notice, Tara and the Service Team at Byers fit my 2012 Tundra in for a 60K service. From the minute I pulled up to the service door With very little notice, Tara and the Service Team at Byers fit my 2012 Tundra in for a 60K service. From the minute I pulled up to the service door I felt taken care of. Josh greated me for the intake and Tara took it from there. A part needed to be ordered and Tara called within a day or two to let me know it had arrived. Great follow up! (Which isn't always the norm at other dealerships). All in all... an excellent service experience! More
