Chad was the only rep to approach my husband and I. He was knowledgeable about the products, and listened to our needs/wants. Chad exhibited the perfect balance of a professional sales man without being inauthentic, knowing product knowledge, connecting with me on a personal level (both previous chefs) and closed the deal in what seemed like record speed. Like I told them. I’m a loyalist.
