When we got to finance we were quickly encouraged to purchase a warranty to be added to our payment. We were not interested in that and Tammy seemed to be put off by this. We began signing for our sale and in the middle of that, I asked her to confirm my interest rate which she said was 7.94% through Bank of America. We were told we would be going through BMW Finance. When we challenged the rate, because I can get 7.33% from Chase she said BMW would be higher and that the dealership doesn't use any outside financing. We were going to decline the sale and she quickly said let me check BMW and the rate was lower. The rate and financing should have been discussed up front. I felt she was trying to use whoever she makes the most money on and not what was best for us. She was very efficient with the process as far as paperwork, explaining things, etc. I just felt that the interest rate and finance company should have been made clear up front. Once she saw that this upset us her personality changed a bit and she became a little friendlier. We love our new car and would recommend the dealership, but not this particular finance person. More
