We were getting the run around from the dealership we bought the truck from trying to get them to repair an electrical problem. Ray's service center diagnosed the problem and fixed it without any hassle bought the truck from trying to get them to repair an electrical problem. Always great service at Ray Chevy. TJ handle everything from start to finish. Dropped the vehicle of and a few hours later got the call that the work was complete. Worst truck buying experience period. Purchased a high dollar used truck, there was an brake issue with the safety they forwarded me before delivery. I called TJ Burke in service with the question raised dollar used truck, there was an brake issue with the safety they forwarded me before delivery. I called TJ Burke in service with the question raised on his report and got a total run around, wouldn’t provide detail (Mind you they already had my 41K in their bank) Liz their service manager again zero knowledge or help.. was told instead to speak to sales manager Ryan Borke, still looking for clarification he never answered the question honestly or with any integrity. Plead the 5th and told me he knows nothing of mechanicals on cars… What??? You’re a new car manager! Tried to get them to fix the issue but with an extreme bad taste in my mouth I finally bailed out on the truck. Then was told the full payment I wired to them couldn’t be wired back but instead sent by courier. Every aspect after dealing with my salesman Robert was a complete disaster, I don’t care if you see awards or community deeds the bottom line is if you don’t conduct yourself with integrity which they failed miserably, you don’t get my business. If you have knowledge in the auto business stay clear of Ray’s if your inexperienced looking for a trustworthy car experience you’ll have walked into the wrong dealership. More
