Hello my name is Luis, I'd like to tell you a little history of myself. I was born and raised in the city of Waukegan Illinois. I started working at the age of 15 with my father, who owned a landscaping company. At the age of 18 i started working for an aftermarket parts store, in which i worked for 17 years. I was able to start off as parts driver and moved myself to managing the parts store for the last 14 years I was there. I was trained and driven in customer service since I was in an affluent north shore area. I then started working at a dealership as a parts counter man. It wasn't my calling to just take orders and price items out. I had the need to help the customer. I asked for the chance to be an adviser in October of 2013. I moved to Ray Chevrolet in August of 2015. I can truly say that I have not worked any where, that is more driven in customer service as Ray Chevrolet is. Horrible customer service and workmenship, regardless of countless requests to have service manager call me asap, I still have heard nothing but crickets. Multiple attempts to reach LIZ (service manager) a countless requests to have service manager call me asap, I still have heard nothing but crickets. Multiple attempts to reach LIZ (service manager) and yet she chooses to ignore failed services which took three times to complete a simple oil change on a suv. Not for schedule reasons, but because of failed quality assurance protocols. Twice vehicle was leaking oil, once from the filter they put on, next from oil cap not put on correctly and oil exploded under the hood. The only person I have respect for at this time is Luis, who was the service writer, whom tried to appease the situation. Again, horrid service department, there was more to the story that went wrong and how we were left hanging with no vehicle and no updates by close of business. If this company really stands behind their service dept, then an owner or district manager should reach out to me More

The Service Coordinator was friendly and helpful. Very informed responses to my questions. A little upset that for advertising no appointment necessary, it took almost and hour and a half for the s Very informed responses to my questions. The greeter in Service did look and comment that there were no other appointments for this time so I am not sure why it took so long. I could comment on the cost of the Cabin Air Filter. O'Reilly's has a store brand for $14.99 and Fram for $24.99 and the price I was quoted was $74.99. More
