Steve enjoys spending time with his wife Jennifer, his 2 kids and their dog Molly. Steve enjoys relaxing at the beach and watching the waves. Other hobbies are fishing, hunting and spending time just enjoying nature. Steve has a few rules that he thinks everyone should live by, 1. Treat everyone with Dignity, Honor and Respect. 2. Always be True to your word. Once you loose it, it's gone. 3. Lastly and most important, women are always right and men are always wrong and when you here the phrase ( I'm Fine ) I assure you it's the calm before the storm. Steve has had over 20 years in the Service Writer Industry and knows how to deliver excellent Customer Service.

I have a very bad experience with the agent CIO. She was very mean and wasted my time while I left my car over there for of 7 hours and returned back and she didn’t do the oil change for me . I have had a Toyota since 2008 and just bought a new Rav 4. The service is always good and they usually get me out in a reasonable amount of time. Their salesmen are great very knowledgeable and they will 4. The service is always good and they usually get me out in a reasonable amount of time. Their salesmen are great very knowledgeable and they will patiently show you as many vehicles as you might be interested in. That said once you show interest in one of the vehicles the sales manager gets involved and now the pressure is on. I bought the RAV4 but when I got home I realized that While I got a great new car I had payments that would be uncomfortable. I had wanted to check other dealers and go over my financial situation at home but I let them talk me into an immediate buy. My fault but when I get another vehicle in the future Toyota will not be my first stop since they don’t seem to believe in letting the customer leave and check other places and think things over. More
