Steve enjoys spending time with his wife Jennifer, his 2 kids and their dog Molly. Steve enjoys relaxing at the beach and watching the waves. Other hobbies are fishing, hunting and spending time just enjoying nature. Steve has a few rules that he thinks everyone should live by, 1. Treat everyone with Dignity, Honor and Respect. 2. Always be True to your word. Once you loose it, it's gone. 3. Lastly and most important, women are always right and men are always wrong and when you here the phrase ( I'm Fine ) I assure you it's the calm before the storm. Steve has had over 20 years in the Service Writer Industry and knows how to deliver excellent Customer Service.

I received a call about a recall for the fuel pump on my vehicle. I was initially told I would have to wait until after Labor Day to get vehicle seen. I expressed concern as the recall can cause vehicles to vehicle. I was initially told I would have to wait until after Labor Day to get vehicle seen. I expressed concern as the recall can cause vehicles to stall at higher speeds and I had to get on I-4 over weekend. After speaking with manager was able to be seen next day and part was ordered and expedited. The only downside was the wait was almost 4 hours when told it was only going to take about 2 hours. Thankful on Toyota being able to accommodate. More

We were visiting relatives in Port Orange & developed a leak in the front tire. Called Daytona Toyota & they got us right in. We were told that we needed to get a new tire because a screw was in the rim. T leak in the front tire. Called Daytona Toyota & they got us right in. We were told that we needed to get a new tire because a screw was in the rim. The service adviser also said that we probably would need to replace all the tires & gave us a buy 4 tires & get $100. Rebate. Needless to say we got 4 new tires. The service & people were so awesome & friendly. Have no complaints with that. However, it took 3 months & a phone call to inquire when our rebate would be issued. Was told give it a couple more weeks. One month later a check arrived for only $50. Have made several phone calls to inquire about the remaining $50. But to date haven't heard from anyone. Very disappointed with this part of the dealership. Instead of a rebate maybe they should of just discounted & charged $100 less in my bill. Last I checked $100 rebate is not give them 50 & hope they're satisfied. By the way we do have it in writing. This is why only gave 3 stars on price. More

Arrived to my appointment about an hour early and I was taken right away. Steve is always so helpful and even applied a coupon to my front alignment.
