A 2014 used Nissan Murano SV with only 100,000 km came up for sale at Crestview Chrysler, in Regina SK that my wife had been notified by Car Gurus, so we called right away. We started the financing process, after explaining to salesman STEVE HOATH, about my wife's spinal issues and the only car she has ever managed to sit in without pain, is the 2014 or older Nissan Muranos, with cloth seats and power seats (SV Model) We were totally upfront with our situation- both financially and physically. I spoke with finance and he assured me ,that they would NOT let the car go to anyone else, as were in the process of getting financed. He went on to say that he would put "my name on it", even and reassured me /us again that it would be held while dealing with finance dept. We finally got financing in place, to put $5500.00 down, because of our financial situation, and we would be good to go. I told my wife and she then phoned Steve to see if we could transfer them $4000.00 and send the rest on payday, when we arrive from Alberta , to Regina.. He told her, Can I call you back I am with clients", so she said sure. He NEVER called back and even though I tried calling and texting him, since my wife's cell died, he would not bother to return my call/text . Either did the finance guy DARREN HOLLINGER, who I left a message with that we were 100% ready to go ahead. It was mention previously that day that there was someone else interested in it. SHAME ON DARREN and STEVE for going against their word . What kind of dealership takes a car right from under you when you are finally finishing up financing approval- within less than half an hour- they gave it to someone else. HERE IS THE QUOTE FROM FINANCE on texting- Myself" I know we haven't seen it yet but I dont want to be going through all of this and have someone swoop in on it" DARREN replies' "I did tag your name to the vehicle. I am hoping to get the income approval tomorrow" (which he did- the day before). We HAVE THE PROOF OF THEM BEING DECEPTIVE, UNPROFESSIONAL , UNETHICAL.and DISRESPECTFUL THIS DEALERSHIP IS OWNED BY THE CAPITAL AUTO GROUP WHICH has the following statement , about itself-The Vision for the Capital Automotive Group is to be the most respected Automotive group in North America.
