At Erin Park Lexus, as soon as I walked in I was greeted with enthusiasm. I was interested in the 2016 IS300, and had a great experience with Chris Cai, whom was willing to go the extra mile to make my experience excellent. Steve Stewart was amazing with the documentation, and valued my time. My new car wasn't ready and Chris Cai already had arranged for a complimentary Lexus rental, as I needed a car right away. lexus for life I have been leasing from Lexus for the last 8 years. Due to recent changes in my finances, when my lease came up for expiration this year, I had plan I have been leasing from Lexus for the last 8 years. Due to recent changes in my finances, when my lease came up for expiration this year, I had planned to lease from another company that would be more affordable. In addition, I wanted a smaller SUV than the 350RX and 400h. So of course I was hopeful when Lexus introduced their new smaller sport SUV NX, that was also significantly lower in cost. Unfortunately the cost was still more than what I wanted to pay, but our salesman was very open to working with me to get the price to my comfort range. Thanks to Raj, I'm staying with Lexus for another 4 years! More

Today I ordered a new NX 200T and again am thrilled with the dealership and the whole process I went through. Our sales rep Raj was great to deal with, very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Steve was also awesome explaining the additional offerings from the dealership, from the chip protection through all the extended warranty options. My service experiences with Scott and Paul from my first purchase has been awesome as well. This dealership really has great people and understand the importance of customer care and service. I will definitely pass on my experiences in dealing with Erin Park Lexus and encourage others to stop in and see what they can do for you. More

Best Car Dealership Around I am not a huge review writer but I think that I need to thank Steve Stewart and Eric Jannson for helping us pick out the perfect car!
