The salesman was very nice and did all he could to remedy the situation that occurred. We made the deal, signed all the paperwork and, in the end, I was to receive a check. I was told that it would be 3 or the situation that occurred. We made the deal, signed all the paperwork and, in the end, I was to receive a check. I was told that it would be 3 or more days before I could come by and pick up the check. Well...over 2 weeks later and after many inquiries, I finally received the check only because the salesman took it upon himself to directly talk to his managers and the finance department before he himself drove the check out to my home. Plus, they needed me to bring the car back the next day after purchase to do some more work on it. They said they would provide a loaner car for the day. When I arrived and handed them the keys, they said it would be a while before they could get me home. I told them about the loaner promise and they said "oh, I will get that for you. A few minutes later, a person came up to me asking if I was needing a rental. I told them that I was informed that it would be a loaner and this person proceeded to say "I was told I had to pull one of my trucks out of service for a rental". I said a rental? They then told me that I was going to have to rent a car and I would be charged a deposit, but the money would be returned afterwards. I declined this offer and told them I would just get a ride back home from the shuttle service they offer. Almost an HOUR later, there was still not a ride available and my salesman took it upon himself to give me a ride home. Terrible attention to customer satisfaction and accommodations from the service department, plus over 2 weeks to get the payment for my vehicle. Looking at this situation, I don't know how much worse the situation would have gotten if it wasn't for the salesman. I have purchased now 2 cars from them and I have paid for close to 15k through the service department for repairs to multiple cars and upgrades to a Jeep Wrangler. Even after all that, they can't seem to at the very least, treat me with some respect and professionalism. I will not be coming back to this dealership ever again unless it is a service needed for the current car I have under any warranties or the "advantage" package. After those are "expired", I will never see their front door ever again and I will make sure to inform everyone I know and utilize social media to spread the word as well. More
