This is my fourth Rav4 from Toyota of Scranton. I love the quality of the vehicle from Toyota and the service from Toyota of Scranton. The staff (both sales and service) are fantastic. This time I love the quality of the vehicle from Toyota and the service from Toyota of Scranton. The staff (both sales and service) are fantastic. This time I dealt with Jacob in sales who was very professional and helped me get the car and the deal I wanted. All of the service people are great as is the entire service department. My car is always well maintained. I am sure my next car will be a Toyota (probably another Rav4). More

Most of the staff is very friendly and courteous. I have worked with the service department several times now and other than one incident shortly after I purchased my Toyota Rav4 from then I am highl I have worked with the service department several times now and other than one incident shortly after I purchased my Toyota Rav4 from then I am highly satisfied. It is very convenient for me because I work close by and can get rides to or from work to get work done to my vehicle. I also think it's a nice touch that they offer something to eat or drink if your waiting because there have been times I had no time for lunch. More

The folks at TOS got me in an out way quicker than expected. The job was done and they did exactly what I came to have done. While I know the free multi-point inspection is standard, I did appreciate expected. The job was done and they did exactly what I came to have done. While I know the free multi-point inspection is standard, I did appreciate that the front desk staff push didn't anything more than what I came in to have done. Other dealerships I've been to use the inspection tactic to scare the customer into having more work done. It's nice that TOS doesn't really do that. They may mention some issues that are found but aren't pushy or try to rope the customer into having more services done. It's another reason I continue to come to TOS. More
