He did the right diagnosis, ordered the broken part and kept me in the loop about the part’s arrival and then set me an appointment to get it fixed on the said date. It was 5-star service and an amazing experience having the job done at EPL service department. Whatever you imagine the best in service, you get it. He even assured me of offering discount on future services pertaining to brakes, battery replacement etc. In fact, he did only those services that were required and did not display a propensity of doing unnecessary services which is not an uncommon practice in the auto service sector. Judy was very courteous and escorted me to my car at the time of my leaving. She even called me today to check if everything was satisfactory with my car. More
