I got a big nail on one of my tires. The tricky part is that the nail is positioned in the most dangerous point of the tire that could result safety risks if not properly repaired, otherwise it's better to that the nail is positioned in the most dangerous point of the tire that could result safety risks if not properly repaired, otherwise it's better to replace the tire. The service manager, Sid, has done a good job together with the technicians by inside patching. It's not only a cost saving for me, but also the quality job that puts customer's safety first. Have been going to this dealer for over 7 years now, and Sid as always exceeded my expectations with the service. I have purchased cars from this dealer before so didn't think twice about approaching them for my next vehicle. Norman Karkada was extremely pleasant to deal with, and it took me a few minutes to go over what I want, and he got back to me with pricing options. Because I was a repeat customer, they did their best to waive fees so my all in cost was extremely low - to the point that I did not even bother trying to get a price from other dealers. Would I recommend them again - without thinking twice. If you are in the market for a Lexus, call Norman. And make sure they assign Sid A. to service your car, as your service level is almost guaranteed! More

I bought RX350 from this dealer about almost 7 years ago. I have only serviced my vehicle from this dealer because of Sid. He is professional, friendly, and always do extra service for the customers. I have had my Lexus for 5 years now and bring my car back for service to Erin Park Lexus each time because of the great customer service I get from Sid Amalsadvala. Sid will always go the extra mile to ensure my car is serviced to the highest quality, giving me the best price possible. Sid is always front and centre in the service area and will take the time to explain to me what my service will entail. I certainly leave feeling my car will be well looked after without being taken advantage of. The last time I brought my car in I also dealt with Scott Bertrand, together Sid and Scott made a great team. Scott noted all my car concerns and ensured each one was looked after. He called me to let me know the status of my car and ensured I had transportation to and from work. When it came time to pay the bill both Sid and Scott went over it in detail with me so I understood each item, where I saved money, as well as informed me of a manufacturer rebate that I could take advantage of. I will continue to bring my car to this dealership knowing I will always get high customer service. More

Both Carly and Sid went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that my service experience was a very pleasurable one. Upon arrival I was greeted cordially by Carly who immediately worked on getting all to ensure that my service experience was a very pleasurable one. Upon arrival I was greeted cordially by Carly who immediately worked on getting all the necessary details for my visit organised. Sid subsequently arrived at Carly's desk, greeted me very politely and inquired about the car (this was a new car that I had recently purchased and this was the inspection visit) and its performance. He asked me to make myself comfortable in the waiting area while the car was being serviced. Both of them advised me as to what checks needed to be done on the car. Subsequently after the service was completed, Sid came up to me and informed me that the car was ready for me. He once again went over the work that was done and advised me about the next service which will be the first lube service. When I got into the car I was happy to see that the inside of the car was cleant as well. More

Phenomenal experience. Sid and Scott are extremely welcoming and caring on every occasion. Although the price is expensive, but their genuine willingness and helping nature, which removes all the stre welcoming and caring on every occasion. Although the price is expensive, but their genuine willingness and helping nature, which removes all the stress from the customer, is far more important and completely overshadows the dollar value. Every single time, I come out of there feeling content and happy, and frankly, the cost becomes totally immaterial. An excellent team to interact with if you want a complete peace of mind.
