Excellent service and service options. We are snowbirds from the great white north and your mobile service managed by Shelly was superb for being able to fit in an oil change before drivi We are snowbirds from the great white north and your mobile service managed by Shelly was superb for being able to fit in an oil change before driving back north to Winnipeg, Canada! Both of the young service person (I think his name was Jacob) and Shelly went over sand above to make our experience excellent. I had trouble using my Ford Pass points and Shelly figured it out and even gave me a call after I had left FL to explain the problem! The cashier was very patient and nice. I had a problem using my Canadian-issued USD credit card - the first time that has happened in the US in our many years of traveling the US. We are frequenters of Clearwater FL and will only be using Walker now instead of Ferman where I detected a bit of a negative attitude. Maybe management could work on having Canadian-issued USD cards accepted. Mine is a Mastercard which is accepted everywhere except Walker Ford. Thank-you, Paul (Buzz) Grant More
