Secor Subaru in New London, CT is extraordinary. My 2024 Crosstrek had a flat on my trip to New London, and Subaru Roadside Assistance towed my car in to Secor Subaru. Service Mgr Shawn brought a re My 2024 Crosstrek had a flat on my trip to New London, and Subaru Roadside Assistance towed my car in to Secor Subaru. Service Mgr Shawn brought a replacement tire in from a distributor 50 miles away and Service Exec Kyle got me back on the road in hours. They even took care of my annual service inspection while I was waiting. They set an outstanding standard for service. Thank you, Shawn and Kyle. More

Kat was very nice. They couldn’t fix my Honda and was told to take to Honda. Honda would charge Secor almost 2,000 dollars. This is crazy when it could be repaired for They couldn’t fix my Honda and was told to take to Honda. Honda would charge Secor almost 2,000 dollars. This is crazy when it could be repaired for less the 500. I will take care of repair my self. Also if I did take it Honda it would be an inconvenience to me. They offered no help in this matter. More

Took my 18 crosstrek in for recall repair. Completely unexpected but very appreciated. I will be returning in the future for maintenance. More
