Right from the beginning of our search for a used vehicle, Shawn respected our budget and did not try to oversell us. I especially appreciated his respect for us in this regard. Also, as this purchase was precipitated by back problems caused by our previous vehicle, Shawn helped us to be able to use the vehicle for the weekend to be sure that the Rav4 seats would be good. He is a very upbeat, and fun person, and totally sold us on our Rav4 - our first Toyota product!
