As my wife and I are new to Toyota we can't really rate the quality of service that Toyota might offer. However , upon accepting an appointment to test drive a vehicle we were welcomed in a very profession the quality of service that Toyota might offer. However , upon accepting an appointment to test drive a vehicle we were welcomed in a very professional way. All of our questions were answered with knowledge of the product we were interested in. We didn't feel any pressure to purchase😊 Which is nice. Shawn , after knowing what we were interested in was able to provide us with said vehicle within a day or two. After agreeing to purchase, we were walked through the Toyota warranty packages and the financing by a very capable Rita. So far everything about Toyota Town has been a positive experience. More
