Came back in a couple days later to make the purchase. Went to pick up the car, Shari took me outside to show it to me, and I was very impressed with what i seen. Even though this car was not a Chrysler model she knew the car and pointed out all the upgrades. We left to think over the purchase, as this was not a make of car we had ever considered and called her back the next day to confirm our purchase. She worked with the service department to have it certified quickly and ready for us to drive away. Went in for one came out with two! My husband was looking for a new truck and I went with him to fill out the paperwork and see his new truck. I had no intentions of buying a car, but while browsing the used vehicles Shari took the time to give me details about every vehicle I looked at. No rushing, no pushing, just information, told me I could take any of them out for a test drive....and I did...a Jeep Renegade. I was so undecided and she said they would hold it for me, still no pressure. We went back the next day to pick up the new truck and I had decided to purchase the Jeep too. Shari was so excited for me as my car was very old. She is such a bubbly person and everyone is very friendly. Phil was very helpful and got me such a great deal on my loan I was able to add some extras to my Jeep. It was a great experience and I've already recommended friends to go see Shari! More
