I took my Sienna to Toyota On The Park this morning at 9 am to have a jammed power-window repaired. I spoke with Sameer Shivji and Sham Rattanshi and they had the window fixed by around 1 pm. Sameer explained in detail how the mechanics of the power-window worked and how it was repaired. Sameer, Sham and the Toyota On The Park staff were extremely courteous, patient and professional. I have always had a positive experience when taking my Toyota Corolla in to TOTP for service. The desk personnel are very well-trained, helpful, and polite. It is also great to have the courtesy ride home, with pickup, if the service time is significant. The team is doing a great job in keeping my car (2003) in great condition. I will only buy a Toyota when this one finally tells me it's time. More

When buying a used car from the dealership I noticed that the rear passenger speaker didn't sound right. The salesman made an appointment with Sham from the service centre so I can go and replace it, free of the rear passenger speaker didn't sound right. The salesman made an appointment with Sham from the service centre so I can go and replace it, free of charge. It took 3 visits but eventually we changed the damaged speaker and also found a problem in the rear driver speaker, which was also replaced free of charge. I was very happy with the time it took (30 to 45min) and with the overall friendly atmosphere of the service centre and Sham specifically. I would definitely recommend it to others and also put in a good word for Sham! More

The customer service provided by each of them was exemplary. Every time I have had my vehicles serviced there, they have gone above and beyond what I would have expected from a service department. They always take the time and effort to explain in detail the recommended or required service and have always been able to answer any questions I have had. Sameer and Sham have been honest, friendly, professional and have ensured my satisfaction every time. Having this trust in a service advisor is extremely important to me. I have been to various dealerships over the years, but TOTP and in specific, the customer service and knowledge provided by Sameer and Sham have been by far the best I have experienced. More

Did not do the required warranty work because you ran out of parts. Also left a piece of equipment(bar) in the front of vehicle. Could plan things better beforehand and clean up better afterwards. I drove in without an appointment this morning for a Drive Clean Test. Sham helped me immediately and had the test and car wash completed within about 30-40 minutes.
