I had a great experience at Freeway Mazda from the beginning to the end. They were very helpful and willing to answer all my questions. I can't say enough good things about Freeway Mazda. My wife and I took a Honda CRV for a test drive a couple of weeks ago, everything seemed great and we purchased it for an amazing price, (at leas My wife and I took a Honda CRV for a test drive a couple of weeks ago, everything seemed great and we purchased it for an amazing price, (at least $2000 less than other dealers). After we got the car home we decided to go for a drive. Soon after pulling out of the driveway I did a U-turn, the car started shaking and the wheels felt like they were rubbing against something. I did a U-turn in the opposite direction and the same thing happened. We took the car back to the dealership just a short time after buying it. I explained the situation to our sales rep, Tracey and she had someone take a look at the vehicle. They agreed there was definitely something wrong with the vehicle and the dealership agreed to fix the issue free of charge. In the meantime we needed a vehicle, I'd transferred my insurance from my previous vehicle to the CRV. The dealership offered to insure my old vehicle for a week, free of charge. I got a call a few days later, the repair was going to take more than a week due to the parts that needed ordering. Rather than reinsure my old vehicle they went the extra mile and gave me a loaner: a 2023 Mazda CX-5 fully loaded. Wow! I drove this vehicle for a week and loved it. If I was in the market for a larger SUV I would definitely consider the CX-5. It drives great. Thanks Freeway Mazda for the great customer service and a great experience. More
