I have been helping put dreams in driveways since 2003 and absolutely love what I do! I spent my childhood between Ridgecrest, California and Portland, Oregon and graduated from Sherman E. Burroughs High School in 1994. In 1996 I had the honor of joining the United States Army in 1996 as a Satellite Communications Systems Operator/Maintainer and served as a Paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division Signal Battalion with a short year and a half trip serving in South Korea after that. When my Military service ended I moved to Chico, California where I began my automotive journey working for Ed Wittmeier at the Wittmeier Auto Center. I met my beautiful wife, CarolAnn Dustin in Chico and decided in 2008 to move back to Portland to be closer to my 6 brothers and sisters. Outside of my career I enjoy spending time with my Wife, my pets and fishing with my family.

A pleasure I spent about 10 minutes on the phone with Nate Hayes and Seth Dustin. A few hours later Nate delivered a new Camry Hybrid to my door, in Salem!. Dishonest, unethical, no trustworthy sale practice Tom Angel agreed to me by email to sale me a new 2015 RAV4 AWD Limited Edition with options & color we want. We came in yesterday with an appointment and no car and Toyota of Gladstone did Not honor the deal Tom haf agreed. Seth Dustin denied the deal as well. Very disappointed at Toyota of Gladstone unethical, no trustworthy, dishonest sale practice. NOT A recommended Toyota Dealer. More

Seth Dustin quickly contacted me afte Toyota of Gladstone made this was another positive car buying experience through USAA's TRUECar buying service. Seth Dustin quickly contacted me after my initial internet request for a 2015 Highlander with a specific color and trim package. Seth worked diligently to find our specific vehicle and still honored the price I requested. Tom Angel made follow up contacts with us and was prompt to our scheduled appointment. With a busy family schedule, our car buying process needed to be short and sweet. When we arrived at the dealership our vehicle was parked out front, detailed and ready to tour. Tom did an excellent job giving us a tour of the vehicle. I was extremely impressed how knowledgeable Tom was with every feature of the vehicle. I will definitely recommend Toyota of Gladstone to family, friends and co-workers. More

Patience is a virtue I took extra care to try and get the best deal possible on a new 4Runner over a period of several months. This involved contacting several dealers an I took extra care to try and get the best deal possible on a new 4Runner over a period of several months. Kermit and Seth at Toyota of Gladstone were very patient with me throughout this process, and kept in touch in order to keep their offer alive. It worked, and I am very pleased with their work. Impressive job by Seth Dustin & Tom Angel I live in San Diego and had been searching for a specific Highlander for a several weeks. Most of the vehicles sold in SoCal are 2WD and my wife wante I live in San Diego and had been searching for a specific Highlander for a several weeks. Most of the vehicles sold in SoCal are 2WD and my wife wanted 4WD in a hard to find color. I had talked to nearly a dozen dealerships who claimed they could get the car but it would "cost me extra" I am a military veteran and wanted the USAA pricing plan. Seth was straight forward and didn't try to pull anything over on me which convinced me to fly up to Portland to purchase the car from Gladstone. Tom picked me up from the airport and explained the details of the vehicle. The only glitch was waiting a few hours to talk with Brian Revore in finance, but he did a great job as well. I have worked with a few sales people over the years and you are fortunate to have Seth and Tom on your team. The reason I gave price a 4 instead of 5 was because the invoices are different in Oregon as opposed to California. Seth gave me the best possible price. If I lived in Oregon I would definitely recommend Gladstone to anyone purchasing a new car. More

The best This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Much of it was done on line. All I had to do was a test drive and sign the papers. There was no game playing like you find at most dealerships. Seth Dustin was my on line contact and Kermit Steward handled the in person stuff. They were awesome. There's a Toyota dealership here in town but every experience I've ever had with them has been horrible. This was totally worth the 40 min drive. More

Unlike another Toyota dealership that we interacted with last weekend, Seth didn’t stonewall, get hostile, or try to feed us a big line of arrogant baloney about profits on the sale, blue book prices, intention to send the vehicle to another dealership or auction it if we didn’t buy the car right away, etc. • Based on preceding price research (prices on the internet, blue-book estimates, and negotiations with other dealerships), we feel that we ended up with a fair deal. • Seth and his team member, Patrick, greeted us courteously when we arrived. • Patrick was especially helpful, pleasant, prompt, personable, professional, knowledgeable, and resourceful while we inspected and test drove the vehicle. Patrick got the administrative details of the sale started and then wrapped up very efficiently. • While the sales and business managers took some time to offer various scratch protection and extended warranty packages, they were polite, personable, accepted our responses, weren’t pushy, and got everything done quickly but thoroughly. In summary, everyone else at Toyota of Gladstone provided a wonderful contrast to some of the other car shopping experiences we’ve had. We will remember Toyota of Gladstone whenever we, or any of our friends, are in need of an automobile. More
