I have been helping put dreams in driveways since 2003 and absolutely love what I do! I spent my childhood between Ridgecrest, California and Portland, Oregon and graduated from Sherman E. Burroughs High School in 1994. In 1996 I had the honor of joining the United States Army in 1996 as a Satellite Communications Systems Operator/Maintainer and served as a Paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division Signal Battalion with a short year and a half trip serving in South Korea after that. When my Military service ended I moved to Chico, California where I began my automotive journey working for Ed Wittmeier at the Wittmeier Auto Center. I met my beautiful wife, CarolAnn Dustin in Chico and decided in 2008 to move back to Portland to be closer to my 6 brothers and sisters. Outside of my career I enjoy spending time with my Wife, my pets and fishing with my family.

The best ever!! I never thought buying a car could be a pleasurable experience but it certainly was! There was no game playing, dickering or running back and forth co I never thought buying a car could be a pleasurable experience but it certainly was! There was no game playing, dickering or running back and forth consulting a manager. I was treated with courtesy, respect and humor. I didn't want to go to the dealership here in town. They were extremely helpful and continued contact with me as we worked out which vehicle fit me and my family's needs, and then when would be best for me to come in for a test drive. I was originally looking at a used 4Runner online, but then Sandra had a new 2014 4Runner that fit my needs just as much for the same price! I came in to find it actually worked out better! Sandra and Jonathon were able to find us better financing than we were able to on our own, which was a make or break for us at that point. Signed! We even received better financing when we went back to sign the papers! Amazing! The best part, and the main reason we chose to purchase and not walk away, was the amazing service from everyone we worked with! No one gave us the run around and we were treated like adults. I couldn't be happier and will definitely refer everyone I know to Toyota of Gladstone and these wonderful salespeople! More

Of all the Toyota dealers in the I-5 corridor from Ashland to Portland, Gladstone's Seth Dustin was the most willing to track down a vehicle at the price recommended by ConsumerReports' Build and Buy service. Assisted by Pascha Jefferson, Dustin helped us navigate through Toyota's dizzying array of options in order to get the desired configuration at the right price. While other dealers participate in the program, none was willing to deal with our requests in a timely manner. When internet buying over long distance and within a fixed buying window, people that are dedicated to the task make a significant difference. In addition, the finance manager was great in offering alternatives that allowed us to not only beat the bank's interest rate but also get a great extended warranty in the process. More

I've been working with this site for the last two years, and I don't see things changing any time soon. This is a good thing. Not only did Gladstone Toyota help me find the perfect vehicle (Toyota Yaris) two years ago when I was first starting out as a professional, they bought it back and hooked me up with a Rav4 now that I've moved up in my career. Wow...just...wow. I can't say enough good things about these guys. Here's a little back story. When I got my Yaris, I was working community based mental health care. So basically, I was taking folks around in my car to make sure they made their appointments and had food so they wouldn't be rehospitalized over and over and over again. That Yaris got the job done and more. I never had any worries. Then one day, after I moved on to a different job doing similar stuff, Gladstone Toyota contacts me and wants my Yaris. I thought to myself, "but I owe so much on it". Apparently this wasn't a factor. I feel like Gladstone Toyota wanted to make sure I had everything I wanted and needed. They must be mind reader, because I've been thinking about a Rav4 for the last 6 months. All in all, I can't wait to see what the coming years brings us, because I'm sold as a life long customer. The only thing that would make things even sweeter would be a bird of prey thrown in on the deal...like falcon or something...or maybe a vulture. Kemick will know what I'm talking about. Thanks all! Like it used to be.....in Gladstone It started with a computer inquiry.I got so much feedback I called and I walked Seth thru what I thought I wanted to do and he agreed.We drove to Glad It started with a computer inquiry.I got so much feedback I called and I walked Seth thru what I thought I wanted to do and he agreed.We drove to Gladstone and they looked over the trade and we came together on a value.We talked about the computer info and came together on the new car price.We're driving home a new Toyota Venza tomorrow. People person's treating the customer in responsible manner while working thru a business negotiation with a win/ win attitude and out come. This is the way the car business USED TO BE (don't like now but my age is showing) and its this way in Gladstone. I believe the management/owner need a pat on the back for fostering this attitude with their sales staff. And its really nice after all is said and done to get a sincere "Thank You". In my opinion this dealership will survive and prosper because of their people and their business attitude. More

Aaron my sales representative, was very professional, informative and mostly patient. It was a long buying process due to the car selection and saving to put a more than 50% down payment on my new car. Being a single female buying a car for the first time, was a positive experience thanks to Aaron. He was respectful and answered all of my questions to provide confidence that I was purchasing a car based on needs and personal interest. Aaron greeted me in the parking lot in a friendly and professional manner. I was worried I might get a "Used Car" mentality car sales person and he wasn't like that at all and the rest is history... Wow. I have gotten haircuts that took longer than buying a new truck at Gladstone Toyota. I wanted a four-wheel drive to replace my old 2WD Tacoma. Sou Chou showed me a couple of good used trucks (Toyota Ce a new truck at Gladstone Toyota. I wanted a four-wheel drive to replace my old 2WD Tacoma. Sou Chou showed me a couple of good used trucks (Toyota Certified, which is a major advantage and a comfort). I chose a manual shift, which can be hard to find, and he got my old truck appraised in a flash. I financed the new truck at a very favorable rate, and drove it home two hours later. I couldn't be more pleased . Sou got me some coffee, and by the time we had discussed the economy, he was handing me keys. Seth and David Ruppert came over and were very cordial, while Dave Elder did the appraisal. It was all one big family gathering. I would admit that I did not do much shopping around beforehand, because I don't enjoy being "sold" at every dealership in town. I looked at one used car lot, and was quoted a very attractive price...attractive until I researched the Internet and found the history of 42 incidents. Gladstone showed me the CarFax on my choice, and it was all scheduled maintenance. They also showed me their buy-in cost, their costs to bring it up to Toyota Certified, and their profit margin. The profit was so slim as to be nothing to negotiate over. I had always been told that there was 20% of the price to negotiate, but this was more like 4%. When a vehicle is Toyota Certified, it's as good as new and is warranteed for as long as I will probably be driving. Others say Gladstone's service is just as good as their sales, and I believe it. I would certainly send my friends to Toyota of Gladstone, without hesitation or reservations about it. John S. More
