We loved buying cars from you guys but after this i am not sure the service person at the desk was un real didn't want to help me at all was rude both at drop off and pick up.I am also in customer servi not sure the service person at the desk was un real didn't want to help me at all was rude both at drop off and pick up.I am also in customer service i would nerver talk to anyone the way he did.I am really sorry this happened i have always told everyone how much we loved you guys and about my mother's Mitts with 300 thousand miles.Well Thank you for fixing my window. Sluggish battery My battery, 3 yrs old, barely started my car. I called service ctr, they said to come in for a battery test. They fit me in, found that battery had My battery, 3 yrs old, barely started my car. I called service ctr, they said to come in for a battery test. They fit me in, found that battery had failed, figured out warranty, installed battery and did an oil change which was almost due so I didn't have to return. They went over the checklist and let me know of a few things to watch for. The reps didn't pressure me to have the work done before it was needed. I appreciated that, especially right after the holidays. I prefer to stay with Mitsubishi service because the work is always done right the first time, the work estimates are not bait and switch, and the service prices end up being less than neighborhood foreign car repair shops. More

My husband wishes he bought from here! we first went to the White Bear Lake Mitsubish I’ve always been happy with the service received at Brookdale! My husband wishes he bought from here! we first went to the White Bear Lake Mitsubishi and bought his Outlander. Had 20 times better customer service at Brookdale. More

Poor customer service I had my car returned after one day due to check engine light. The service dept said it could just be a sensor and said pick it up. I demanded it be l I had my car returned after one day due to check engine light. The service dept said it could just be a sensor and said pick it up. I demanded it be looked at because I pay extra warranty coverage. We were never offered a rental after the service team decided to look further into the car issue. We had to keep calling and emailing Abiola from sales to request a rental. He said his manager said no. It wasn't until 3 weeks later that we got a rental and an explanation as to what was going on with the car. Now 6 weeks later no car or phone call with a update. More
