Roberto and Sergei were excellent in helping secure a vehicle that matched the specifications and colour combination that we were looking for. Sergei was always friendly, courteous, and professional and ensured that he didn’t waste any time in the appraisal of our trade-in, and finalized a fair deal in a timely manner. I especially appreciated Sergei’s honestly and integrity throughout the process in ensuring that he secured a fair deal for us. Sergei is passionate about the product he sells, and he understands and exemplifies the importance of strong customer service skills as a Client Advisor. Alexandrine, the Business Manager was also extremely courteous and efficient in processing the financing and providing us with information with regards to any additional warranties and protection packages for us to consider. Fire fighters helped evacuate six people that were trapped in that underpass, including my father. With safety no longer being a concern, the focus shifted to replacing what was lost. The replacing of identification cards, credit cards and cellular phones was already a hassle, but easy tasks compared to replacing an entire car; or so I had thought. A quick call to our BMW salesperson, Sergei, and within minutes he had gone over what was immediately available and what could be brought in if those options didn’t meet our needs. He gave us multiple financing options so I could weight out our options and get back to the insurance company. I learned a couple things that day; roll down your window at the first sight of rising water and; it’s easier to replace a BMW than a driver’s license. More
