Serey started off his career here as a Product Specialist and has moved up to the position of New & Used Vehicle Manager, and has been in this role for 5 years now. He loves what he does here, and feels the best part of his job is seeing the smile on clients’ faces when they leave with their new vehicle. We found a car to buy, and confirmed the final out-the-door price with the This dealership needs to do away with outdated used car lot sales tactics. We found a car to buy, and confirmed the final out-the-door price with the sales person, we specifically asked if there were any other fees and were told NO. When we went in with our trade-in to finalize the purchase we were given a final figure which was about $1200 over the agreed upon amount. The additional amount consisted of tire and theft insurance which we had not been told about or asked if we wanted, plus their “admin” fee which was quite high and had not been previously disclosed (plus tax on these items). They removed the insurance fee, but would not budge on removing or reducing the higher admin fee. We reminded them (they took it as a threat) that we had been asked to write a review on this site; we said we would be leaving a negative review and very shortly thereafter they told us they weren't going to do business with us. One salesperson we worked with, Andrew, was very helpful and knowledgeable, but he wasn’t around for the numbers discussions so we don’t know if he would have handled it any differently – our issues are more with the finance department and overall sales tactics of the dealership – they did not address our concerns well, made us feel like we were being jerks, and kept us waiting around for an excessive amount of time. Buying a used car should not be a tricky game that makes you feel abused. More

Just to inquire This has been by far one of my best car purchasing experiences. I had not been 100% ready to purchase but I had some inquiries regarding the Cadillac. This has been by far one of my best car purchasing experiences. I had not been 100% ready to purchase but I had some inquiries regarding the Cadillac. When I stepped in for the first time the dealer had been close to shutting down for the day. In past experiences I had been brushed off as the employees would have checked out already. Not Capital, I had two young professionals quickly assist me. Justin and Andrew, they had asked me a few questions and next thing you know they are giving me the keys to a brand new vehicle to test out for the evening. I had been in and out of the dealership since this first visit trying to make my decision. Every time I had stepped foot inside, there was always someone to greet me. No one had been pushy and that was the best part about it! I ended up purchasing a new Cadillac off of Justin and Serey. Zazz had been the finance coordinator who made this transaction seamless. 10/10 in my books! Thanks capital! Oh, the service guys are great too! I had been dealing with Zach who had spent over 30 min researching new wheels for me. Great team all around! More

We have been in the market for a new truck for several months and although we didn't plan on purchasing until Jan 2015, there was a customized truck at Capital GMC that sparked our interest. We dealt with Justin Hoffart and Matt Fischer under the advice of friends who previously dealt with them. We made and offer and although there was some miscommunication (around the price) before we sealed the deal, Justin and Matt went above and beyond to make sure we left as happy new truck owners. This level of customer service is hard to come by these days and so we wanted to post on here to make sure you know that Capital GMC truly does value their clients. We left with the truck of our dreams, a great deal and a good feeling about our experience. Thanks Justin and Matt! More

After visiting other dealerships in the city, I had enough car buying experience for the day. My husband wanted to make one more stop at Capital GMC. I am glad we did! As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted with friendly staff. The sales specialists we worked with were Justin Hoffart and Serey Uy. Matt Fischer dealt with the finance portion. They were all very down to earth, friendly and extremely professional. I don't believe we would have gotten better service anywhere else. Even my six year old son enjoyed the experience! We walked out of Capital with the car that we wanted at a fantastic price!! We will continue to purchase from Capital GMC and won't even waste our time looking elsewhere in the future. My wife and I bought both of our vehicles through Capital GMC - I bought my 2011 Sierra through Justin and the experience from start to finish was excellent. Was considering upgrading to a 2014 model and again I went in and Justin and Serey bent over backwards to make sure I had what I wanted and walked out with another beauty truck. Kien got the financing all in order and between these three fellas and a screwy schedule on my part, I'm the proud owner of a 2014 Sierra. The experience had with the Capital GMC team was amazing. I had gone into Capital hoping to trade in my car for something a little bigger and more economical for me and my family. We had first wanted to go I had gone into Capital hoping to trade in my car for something a little bigger and more economical for me and my family. We had first wanted to go with an Equinox but then after talking with Mario we discussed a brand new GMC Terrain which would have cost us the same amount as the equinox. There was only a few glitches when it came to the paper work but Ms. Jazz Lane was amazing and did everything she possibly could to get everything done as quickly and smoothly as possible. Every bump that we had encountered was because of the banks and nothing to do with Capital what so ever. This is the 4th vehicle I have purchased from Capital and I always come away completely satisfied. Mario and Jazz ensured that I was happy with everything and let me know what is happening every step of the way. An amazing experience and I will definitely be back when I decide to get a new vehicle. :) More
