After relocating from California and seeking a new opportunity, Sean was attracted to Courtesy because of the "friendly, family owned business." Buying a car has never been a good experience for my husband and I. We really needed to buy something that would accommodate our growing family and found what we wanted online at Courtesy Acura. Sean and Courtesy Acura did an excellent job taking care of my family's car needs. We actually ordered from the factory a new 2012 TSX 6-cylinder and love the car and the price was great, we loved it so mu of my family's car needs. Courtesy Acura is a Great Place to purchase a car. Charell, our sales associate was outstanding. We were not pressured at all. Charell asked us what it would take to put us in the TL. We explained Charell, our sales associate was outstanding. We were not pressured at all. Charell asked us what it would take to put us in the TL. We explained our situation to him and Charell made sure we took the car home the evening we were in the show room. We explained that we wanted to purchase the car in 4 days, but we left Courtesy with our car that night, without any added pressure from Charell. We were asked if we were able to leave a check for a certain amount and it was a deal. We were very pleased with his professionalism, knowledge of the car, and his willingness to accommodate us. Actually, all of the sales associates were friendly and helpful. We were quoted one price over the internet (which was actually less than the price of the car we purchased), Charell spoke with the Manager, and he honored the quote. Zcarre in the financing department was awesome. Once our car was delivered, Sean assisted us in further explanation of the vehicle. We purchased extras for our car. Upon picking up the car, we discovered the side molding was not installed. We had to leave the car another night. Sean and Zcaree were most apologetic. Our check for the all weather floor mats was returned to us. In addition, Zcaree personally delivered our car to us, and we live near downtown Denver, which is not close to Courtesy at all. Sean and Charell both called to make sure we were completely satisfied with our car and told us if for any reason the extras we purchased were not to our expectations, to please call them. We were also given extra free oil changes, due to our inconvenience. We will purchase at this Dealership again in the future. Our TL is just a great car! Do not purchase an Acura at Mile High Acura, as the two dealerships do not care in their treatment of clients. We visited Mile High several times and when we were ready to purchase the TL we were pressured and told that if we waited a week the $500 discount we were offered would not apply. Also, we had discussed on each visit that we were going to purchase a new car. Upon entering the dealership we were shown a 2008, 2009 and a demo car, even though we explained that we wanted a new car. We purchased the car we wanted at Courtesy and it was less than the price quoted at Mile High. More

We stopped into this dealer on a "fact finding mission" as I had not decided what kind of car I wanted and was in no immediate need to purchase. After spending all day driving.....and driving....and driving other cars in Denver I came back to Courtesy Acura again, just to talk through some more options. I drove away with a brand new MDX thanks to Seans patience (low pressure style) and willingness to make me an offer I couldn't refuse. More

We were in search of a used car for our daughter, we had We were in search of a used car for our daughter, we had spent most of Friday evening visiting various dealerships up and down Broadway. We planned on getting a head start on looking before we brought our daughter to look and help make the final decision on her new car. We came back early Saturday morning with our daughter and test drove and visited 3 dealerships, one of which was Courtesy Acura we spoke with Sean and we test drove a Jeep Liberty. We informed Sean that we had found another Jeep Liberty at a dealership up the way and we wanted to go show our daughter and test drive that car. Sean was very understanding and did not pressure us in anyway to make us feel uncomfortable, he then stated the his chances of selling us a car went down if we left and he indicated that he wanted us to be satisfied with are final decision. We did go to the other dealership and had to wait for 20 minutes till they found the salesmen we had spoke to on Friday. Test drove the Jeep Liberty and realized it was not nearly as clean as the one at Courtesy Acura. We went back to Courtesy Acura and met with Sean and we test drove the Jeep again to make are final decision. Sean was very friendly and informative on the car. He has a great sense of humor and we did not feel any pressure to hurry up and buy a car. We also had the great pleasure of working with Rick Armijo and Zsaree Dunbar. Rick helped out with the USAA discount info that I needed and Zsaree was very helpful in explaining the financing opitions and got us a lower interest rate which was a great surprise! Needless to say we would recommend this dealership, and when we chose to buy another car Courtesy Acura will be are #1 choice. What a great team of people they have there. More
