I really enjoyed my experience with the service department at Courtesy Acura. Everyone from the person that greeted me when I pulled in to the person that delivered my car to me when it was done be department at Courtesy Acura. I have nothing but great things to say about both the staff and the dealership as a whole. Brianna went to great extents to make certain all my questions were answered. She was also very prompt concernin staff and the dealership as a whole. Brianna went to great extents to make certain all my questions were answered. She was also very prompt concerning returning calls or finding information for me. And, last but not least, she sat with me for almost an hour explaining the general operation of the controls inside the cockpit. Sean was great in that he found the vehicle I was looking for at another dealership which was out of state. Instead of waiting until June or July to take delivery, it was mearly two weeks. The parts department order some things I requested, and the parts arrived before I was scheduled to take delivery of my vehicle. The two ladies at the reception desk, and the other salespersons were very willing to answer any questions they could when Brianna and Sean were not available. I am extremely impressed with this dealership and staff. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase an Acura! More
