Very disappointing visit, I was promised the car would be ready by late afternoon, but at 5pm I had still not heard from anybody, I texted my adviser Sean and after not getting a response from him I started ready by late afternoon, but at 5pm I had still not heard from anybody, I texted my adviser Sean and after not getting a response from him I started to panic and called the service dept, the woman who answered said Sean was gone and she couldn’t help me, at that point I asked to speak with a supervisor or manager and she pretended she didn’t hear the request, instead she said she would look for the paperwork, it was now approximately 5:40pm and only 20 mins before closing time, I told her I didn’t care if the service was done or not and I would come to pick up my car before closing time as I needed it the next morning, she agreed. When I arrived the car was already outside waiting for me and the cashier had paperwork ready, she obviously knew I was very upset, I asked why nobody texted me or called me to let me know the car was ready, and her response was “Sean left early and he’s your advisor”, to which I responded “he’s not the only advisor working here, somebody else could’ve called me”. I looked at the paperwork and the service was completed around 4:15pm, way before I texted Sean or called the service dept. It was very irresponsible of Sean and the whole service dept to just assume the car wasn’t important to me, and to just figure the next day was ok for me to pick up the car. I was very very disappointed with my experience and WILL NOT bring my car for service ever again, even if that means driving further to get service. I don’t understand why another adviser couldn’t call me if my adviser had left early or wasn’t there, I hope this is not your policy because if it is you need to change it, and if it isn’t then I hope you have a talk with Sean so that he doesn’t make the same mistake again.
