Unprofessional Had been looking at different cars and dealerships for a little over a month. I did my research on a car and was pretty much set on the a Honda Civic Had been looking at different cars and dealerships for a little over a month. I did my research on a car and was pretty much set on the a Honda Civic Hatchback with a set price in mind. I walked in and asked to test drive the car and was received with a ready cold, "You just want to test drive? What else?" Basically, he sounded annoyed like I was wasting his time. "What can I do to earn your service?" I responded well I like the civic hatchback and I did my research now I was to test drive it. He barely said a word to me and my fiancé the rest of the time. When the car was pulled up he didn't tell us anything about the car, didn't try to even sell the car or tell us the features. I tried to make small talk by saying, "Busy day today, huh?" and his replay was a cold, "Yeah...Business day." That's it, nothing else. When it was done I figured this was some kind of tactic of his or he was maybe a bad salesman but I still liked the car so I was going to negotiate anyways. During the negotiation he was aggressive and borderline rude, he asked me where I got my numbers from and when I told him Car Guru and Edmunds he said they was not accurate for new cars and that I shouldn't use that as a reference, lies, but I went along with it. The manager came out and he was very polite, if he came up and talked form the beginning I might have left with the car. We weren't able to come to the price I wanted, and to be honest I was less flexible because of Sean's attitude. After all this I figured I would walk out and might touch base with them (or them with me) if no one bought the car in another week, BUT, as me and my fiancé were walking out he was unprofessional, said bye without looking at us and used the "shooing hand" at us toward the door and then as we turned to leave he said "PSHH" and gave us a peace sign. What professional does that? NO WAY will I ever come to this place again. I went and got a better car that was slightly more expensive with a much friendlier dealership and I am much happier. My fiancé needs to buy a car soon too and was considering the Honda CR-V but NO WAY IN xxxx will I come to this place. Would give a negative star if I could. More

Friendly Sales Team We knew we wanted a CR-V and had looked at a number of cars from several different dealerships. We got the best deal and nicest car from Boch Honda. It was in mint condition when we drove it off the lot. Sean was a terrific salesperson, friend and patient (I had both of my young children with me during the test drive). The business manager was hands down one of the informative, professional and kind employees I have ever worked with at a car dealership. More

I was so excited because this my first car purchasing experience and sadly I was paired with Mario, the most unk My experience at Boch was unpleasant. I was so excited because this my first car purchasing experience and sadly I was paired with Mario, the most unknowledgeable and unexperienced salesman on the team. The sad part was that I was introduced to him by the Sales Manager Marc who kept saying he was "new" and fully aware that he was inadequate to assist me. The first visit turned out to be a long 5-hour night constantly waiting due to the fact that Mario had to consult with multiple people for every question I asked. Days later when I went to go pick up my car, he failed to explain why my car didn't pass inspection which made me even more confused and angered, even though my car was fine to drive. I would recommend further training for Mario before assisting any other people. His communication skills are poor and left me more frustrated with every encounter I had with him. If I wasn't already planning to buy the car, I probably would have walked away from Boch. More
