If you want to be thoroughly disappointed with your post sales experience, I completely recommend Nucar Honda of Norwood. On March 26, we purchased a 2024 CRV EX-L with ~ $2,500 of additional accessories ( sales experience, I completely recommend Nucar Honda of Norwood. On March 26, we purchased a 2024 CRV EX-L with ~ $2,500 of additional accessories (all weather floor mats, front and side body trim, etc..) from the Honda website with our sales representative (Chris Jimenz). A week later (4/2) our accessories had been installed on our CRV and we picked it up. To our surprise, the front and side body trim that were installed on the CRV looked different than what we thought we were buying based on the pictures on the Honda website. If the front and side body panels looked like this, we never would have selected them and paid ~$1,100 ($1,045 + 6.25% sales tax) for them. We immediately alerted our sales representative who agreed with us and got the service manager (DJ Dorato) to look at our vehicle and to confirm that the right accessories were ordered and installed. DJ agreed that what Honda represented on their website did not look like what we had installed on our CRV. DJ told us the Honda zone rep was going to be in that week and he would bring it up with him. The zone rep had DJ order another set of side and front body panels to see if our order was an anomaly. The second set of side and front body panels were exactly what we had installed on our CRV. After being told that we needed to bring our issue up to Honda and it wasn’t a Nucar issue, I requested a conversation with the General Manager – Brian Downey. Instead of the GM, Marc Schloss called me on Friday morning (4/12) and reiterated that my issue wasn’t with Nucar Honda of Norwood but with Honda Corporate but was had been authorized to provide me with $200 all-weather mats if I were willing to sign off an absolve Nucar from any additional liability. I was appalled at the offer of $200 all-weather mats since I had spent $1,100 on accessories that weren’t what I received. Plus - I had already paid $200 for all weather mats – Marc didn’t even bother to do any homework on my situation. Marc went out on a limb to offer me $200 refund instead. I expressed my disappointment to Marc who told me he would go back the GM and call me either that afternoon (4/12) or on Monday (4/15). Guess who didn’t call me back. I currently own 2 other Honda’s that I have had serviced at this Boch/Nucar dealership. This was my 3rd (and final) Honda purchased from this dealership. Sorry for the long review but in summary, if you want to be thoroughly disappointed with your post sales experience, I completely recommend Nucar Honda of Norwood. If you have an issue with the Honda that you buy from Nucar Honda of Norwood, it’s not their issue…. Not a good way to do business and retain loyal customers!!! More

Great communication and attentiveness. He explained the options to us with no sales pressure. He is very knowledgeable and spoke to my son as the customer, which he appreciated. We ended up buying a different car than what we came for as it was a better fit and a better deal. We also interacted with Mark, his manager, and he was great. The car came with one key and they promised to deliver another key for free. There were also some scratches on the side of the car and they promised to fix them. When it was time to pick up the car, it was easy and they delivered on all of what they promised. Great experience and highly recommended. More

Amadou Barry and Marc Schloss are exemplary representatives for Boch Honda. They are extremely knowledgeable with the Honda vehicles and both are sterling assets for this dealership. The salesman was nice. We agreed on a fair price for the vehicle over email the day before I went in. My dad had purchased cars here before and highly recommended the salesman to me. When I arrived I was no vehicle over email the day before I went in. My dad had purchased cars here before and highly recommended the salesman to me. When I arrived I was not given the price we’d agreed upon. They kept trying to sneak in different fees and costs. They also told me I couldn’t get the financing deal (which my credit qualified me for) without buying a $2700 extended warranty. Which was a lie. Each time I said I wasn’t interested they brought in another manager who was “authorized” to give me another “discount.” I think I spoke with about 5 different people. Mark, one of the finance/sales managers came out and started yelling at me because I was on the phone with my dad occasionally discussing what was going on. This was my first time buying a car and I had to go alone because of covid. So clearly this dealership tries to trick and take advantage of young people, first time buyers, women, etc. Since my poor experience at the dealership I’ve heard other people explain similar things happen to them. I would advise you to steer clear dealership. Especially if you value your time. I went in at 10AM excited to buy a car and left at 3PM after hours of back and forth and ultimately went elsewhere to buy the same car. Honda is a great car brand and this type of behavior does it a disservice. Real shame. More

Sales Management absolutely not the greatest; very difficult to reach them over the phone, one didn't return calls.
