We purchased a 2021 Pilot SE at Valley Honda last week. This was the 3rd car we purchased through Valley Honda since 2007. We live closer to other dealers, but going to Valley was worth the drive, as alwa This was the 3rd car we purchased through Valley Honda since 2007. We live closer to other dealers, but going to Valley was worth the drive, as always! The salespeople are so friendly and accommodating. We worked with Shaun who answered a lot of our questions before we even got to the dealership. We were trading in both of our Hondas (an '08 Accord and an '11 CRV), which did take a considerable amount of time, but we never felt rushed or pressured. We are happy with the price we paid (might have liked a little more on our trade-ins, but we know we can't have everything), and the service Shaun provided in talking about the features, letting us both test drive, and setting up our "infotainment system" (very new to us, given our previous cars!). We hope to have this car for many many years, but we always recommend Valley to others looking to buy a Honda, and we'll definitely use them again ourselves in the future! More
