From the minute you walk in the door the experience with Valley Honda is top notch with a friendly greeting at the front desk to great sales people who are knowledgeable and personable to the finish of the experience with finance, just a great experience. Sean Aceto and Allan Marcial were great, showing us all of the features of a 2014 Odyssey LX and then a 2015 Odyssey EX, we took a test drive and fell in love with the 2015 Odyssey EX. We had purchased a 2013 Civic Hybrid and really loved the car and the great mileage but felt we needed more room and the ability to have more cargo space or room to take our yellow lab on trips. Kurt Gonzalez helped us make a decision on what the financial difference would be on the two vehicles and Roxann Murray in Finance made signing all the paperwork easy and quick. Because we have purchased before from Valley Honda the whole process was efficient, comfortable and a delight to work with everyone. We would highly recommend Honda vehicles and especially Valley Honda! More

Valley Honda is a beautiful, well organized dealership with personable, knowledgeable staff. Last Saturday my husband and I traded in our 2011 Insight EX and leased a 2013 Civic Hybrid, this will be our t with personable, knowledgeable staff. Last Saturday my husband and I traded in our 2011 Insight EX and leased a 2013 Civic Hybrid, this will be our third Honda leased through Valley Honda (5th Honda in total), and the experience was excellent. We had a great experience originally when we leased our 2011 Insight EX and a 2011 CR-Z EX through Sean Aceto. Sean recently contacted us knowing that the end of our lease was coming up and told us of several lease incentives. We were excited to be able to take advantage of the lease incentives on the 2013 Civic Hybrid and when we came in to do the trade-in and new lease it felt like we were being greeted by old friends. Sean met us at the door, made sure that we knew what to expect in the process, we talked about how excited we were about the Civic Hybrid and he introduced us to Allan Marcial, our sales associate. Kurt Gonzalez stopped by when we were filling out paperwork and greeted us, made sure we were comfortable. Allan was very knowledgeable about the car and walked us through the paperwork and the features of the car, he was very thorough, explaining everything in detail. Rose in Finance made the final paperwork effortless. The whole process was very organized and everyone we had contact with could not have been more helpful. From start to finish the process was pretty painless, and we would highly recommend Valley Honda to everyone. Not only are Honda vehicles a great value and highly reliable but dealing with a dealership such as Valley Honda is a pleasure. More

I have worked with Sean Aceto for 2 sales over the last year and he is top notch in customer service. The first deal didn't quite go through, but it was only due to a few dollars in price, not due to custo year and he is top notch in customer service. They actually came through on price in the end, but shortly after I had made a deal with another dealership. I was actually a little disappointed that I didn't get to deal with them then. I was so impressed with Sean that the next time I went to buy a car, I thought of him first and he came through on a nice used car. It is a very nice dealership. They have a large "internet cafe" area with a lot of Macs just for the customers. They also have a large service area, so I'm assuming that they have a lot of repeat business in that area too. James Kirpanos was the salesman we were handed off to at the dealership. He went over and above too. He obtained the second key from the previous owner after the sale and mailed it to me. I have referred numerous people to Valley and I will deal with them anytime. I know I'm a tough customer, but they always do their best. Make sure you know what your trade-in is worth before you go there though :) Good job guys! More
