Ken Ganley Toyota will give you a bad trade-in value on your vehicle. You must negotiate to get a fair* price. Their salespeople will lie(omit the truth) to increase profits. Additional salesperson will tr your vehicle. You must negotiate to get a fair* price. Their salespeople will lie(omit the truth) to increase profits. Additional salesperson will try to upsell you on other important features at the end of your consultation, with the ability to set his own prices. The new* vehicle was very dirty on the inside, even know they claimed it was detailed. The service is slow, but not bad. Car wash has been down for months, despite that being a highlighted feature of the sale. Hidden fees discovered after purchase. More

The receptionist is nice, and sometimes they’re nice over the phone, but I get so anxious every time I go in there because most of the people are either neutral or seem extremely annoyed.
