Poor customer service No follow up on accounting error! Promised payment on my mileage overage in order to close the deal. After sale was made the amount promised was not p No follow up on accounting error! Promised payment on my mileage overage in order to close the deal. After sale was made the amount promised was not paid. After over 20 calls to dealership, corporate and management I have yet to receive any follow up. The only response I was given was by my finance manager claiming it was an unfortunate case of he said she said! More
