The GM, Michael took my concerns and remedied the situation in a matter of minutes. I am now working with a first-rate service advisor, Scott who greeted me and assured me the problem would be handle situation in a matter of minutes. I am now working with a first-rate service advisor, Scott who greeted me and assured me the problem would be handled. I also worked with Jay Flynn from sales as a direct point of contact as he was my original SA and he offered to drive anywhere to meet me with a loaner vehicle. I wound up driving to the dealership as time allowed me, but the thought was more than enough to show a great amount of care. A huge thank you to Scott, Jay, and Michael for working with me on this. I look forward to using the service department in the future. More

My 2021 911 Turbo S Cabriolet was sent to the service center by the Jim Ellis Collision Center to reset faults and make sure several safety systems were properly calibrated. I had little interface with t center by the Jim Ellis Collision Center to reset faults and make sure several safety systems were properly calibrated. I had little interface with the Porsche Service Center other than one update on when the car would be returned to the Collision Center. All systems worked correctly when I received the car. More
