I want to be honest in this survey because I believe Porsche as a brand deserves to know what is happening at this location — and because I was a loyal customer who will not be returning. I dropped my vehicle off on 2/18 for an AC evaporator repair. What followed was one of the most frustrating and disrespectful customer experiences I have had — not just at a dealership, but anywhere. Two months passed with virtually no proactive communication. I was the one calling, following up, and eventually driving to the dealership in person simply because I could not get a response from my service representative. What made this worse was that after a month of no communication, no updates, and no resolution in sight, I was never once offered a loaner vehicle. I had to ask for one myself — and even that felt like pulling teeth. For a customer who had already been waiting weeks with no clear timeline, being left without transportation assistance and having to beg for what should have been a standard courtesy was deeply insulting. It communicated very clearly how little my time and loyalty were valued. When I asked to speak with a service manager, I was put on hold. When I did receive updates, they were inconsistent and contradictory — first told parts were pending, then that parts arrived but another was needed. No one took ownership. No one prioritized my time. When my car was finally returned after two months, I noticed the passenger signal light was broken and physically hanging off the vehicle as it was pulled up. I had to return it immediately. That is not a minor oversight — that is a reflection of how little care went into this entire service visit. I received this survey text with an invitation to call Derek Cornell before submitting feedback if I was unsatisfied. With respect — the time to make it right was during the two months my car sat there without meaningful communication. That window has passed. I own a Porsche because I believe in the brand. I am connected to a network of Porsche owners in Atlanta and beyond. I will not be recommending Porsche Atlanta Perimeter to any of them. That is not a threat — it is simply the consequence of losing a customer who came in with loyalty and left with none. More
