Good Day As much as I usually love to visit, unfortunately, my latest was not what I have grown to expect from Porsche Atlanta in the past. From the start of my service appointment to its comple unfortunately, my latest was not what I have grown to expect from Porsche Atlanta in the past. From the start of my service appointment to its completion, my experience was questionable and left me feeling doubtful about the service I received. Uncertain if management has changed but something was definitely different this visit. 1. I did not know that I would be leaving my car and taking a loaner till the day of the appointment. Mentioned that to the gentleman who performed the loaner process. He was understanding and completed the task nicely. 2. I was told my car would be needed for a few days. Dropped the car off Monday. Wednesday i received a text that i would be updated on Friday. Friday I was notified that there was finally a serviceman to start on my car. Monday following, Sergey informed me that car was completed. I let him know that because of work schedule, unable to return loaner that day and would need to arrange to do so in next couple days. Wednesday, I returned the loaner pleased to get my car back. 3.Assuming it was ready, Sergey walked me out to the lot. To my surprise, my car was a mess! It looked like it had been kept outside on a lot under a tree in a dirt storm! I was totally disappointed. Leaves and dirt all over! The gas tank cover was open and full of leaves. There were even leaves on the inside of doors and trunk. Of course, I instantly voiced my concern and Sergey apologized wondering what could have happened. He cleaned some of the leaves out of the tank area and asked me to wait so that he could get it washed. He escorted me back inside. What in the world?! I could not believe it! Should've taken a picture of the entire car because no one would've believed it. I didn't get the entire car, but I was able to get a picture of the tank after Sergey cleaned some of the leaves out. Why was the tank door open? I asked Sergey if I should be concerned with any issues of water in my tank and he assured me that there should not be an issue. After some time to wash, I was finally able to leave to head back to work. To say the least, I would not rate this past visit very highly. Surprised and disappointed for sure. It is not the experience I expect to have at Porsche. I am hoping this is not indicative of my future service appointments. Thank you for checking. I have needed to reach out More

The dealership is great. Mark Higgs is awesome and has always been incredibly helpful and respectful. On the other hand, Sergey is not my favorite service advisor. The last 2 times I’ve come in for service he’s spoken pretty disrespectfully to me. Every time I’d ask a question, instead of answering the question he would say something along the lines of “well this is the Porsche way”. I actually asked him last time i was there getting 2 tires changed due to defects in the tire if he could give me a quote on replacing the other two as well. He told me that he wasnt going to do it that day because he was busy and I was lucky to be squeezed into the schedule that day. I was pretty shocked after that visit. I’d actually like to change my service advisor to Steven Hennessy. He was incredibly helpful to me whenever I tried to get a hold of Sergey on 3 separate occasions without success. Steven made me feel taken care of which I really appreciate. More

Bought my 1st Porsche at Jim Ellis and my wife’s car as well, currently about to order a new 911.
