While the service was fast and efficient, I expected the car to be washed and vacuumed, as it had been at the last 3 dealerships I had purchased cars from. I realize that I did not actually purchase the K car to be washed and vacuumed, as it had been at the last 3 dealerships I had purchased cars from. I realize that I did not actually purchase the Kia from this Toyota dealership, but I just expected that same experience.
