I was over charge $91 and it was very obvious. I showed how I was overcharged and it was corrected. Many would have just paid it. A paid $89 for an alignment and they never bother to put air in o I showed how I was overcharged and it was corrected. Many would have just paid it. A paid $89 for an alignment and they never bother to put air in one tire that was low so my car the out of alignment light on after I left the shop but never had it on when I arrived. I put air in the one low tire and it went off. Did I really need the alignment or just air in one tire! More

My experience with Honda is always a long wait with no communication at all. I walked in had an appointment for an oil change and rotation of tires. Of course I spent more that I was suppose to due to me communication at all. I walked in had an appointment for an oil change and rotation of tires. Of course I spent more that I was suppose to due to me needing an alignment. He did well in the beginning with explaining everything for the most part and said they was running behind which was fine at the time. 3 hours later I am still sitting while people that came in after me was leaving before me. There was no communication at all during the time I was waiting on an update or timeframe of my vehicle. I am sorry to say I spend so much money at this place that it’s never a time that I am in and out. More

So, far when entering the dealership, I notice the person who handling use from when coming in our appointment. He was friendly and very comfortable to speak too. My oil change took 2 hours which has never happened to me before. I was asked if I wanted a free car wash and never received it.
