Worst customer service I’ve ever received. I think her name was Serena? Refused to look up my maintenance package even though I confirmed it was on file at the time of booking. And then after I confirmed everything was covered and had the package company email her (essentially doing her job) she refused to apply the coverage for everything for my appointment even though I had ample documentation showing it was 100% covered.
