Called at noon on Wednesday and my appt. was scheduled for 12:30. Very pleased with that. The mechanic was great with the video he sent of all the checks he did. Very pleased. We have been using Russ Darrow for some time. However this experience has terrible. For one, when I googled the issue I found a you tube video showing the part needed, how to install etc. It took However this experience has terrible. For one, when I googled the issue I found a you tube video showing the part needed, how to install etc. It took your tech several days and at least one installation of the wrong part. Additionally, the cost was ridiculous. I have yet to see an itemized receipt that show the labor cost. I'll get to that. Again, exceptionally disappointed and I assure you I will post all about it. More

I test drove a 2024 Toyota Cross on Tuesday and purchased the vehicle on Wednesday. I left for work Thursday morning and the engine was making a weird sound, so I took it back to the dealership after work an the vehicle on Wednesday. I left for work Thursday morning and the engine was making a weird sound, so I took it back to the dealership after work and was told they would look at it on Friday. I received a call on Friday stating my motor mounds were bad and I was hearing the engine because it was not secure. I also requested a transmission flush on the vehicle. The following week I called on Tuesday looking for a status update and was informed they needed to take the vehicle to their Toyota dealer in West Bend for the transmission flush, and I could pick it up on Wednesday. No call on Wednesday. I called Thursday and was told they would pick it up from West Bend today. They called me later on Thursday and stated they didn't "have time" to get my vehicle. (laziness) They called on Friday stating it was back from West Bend, and I could come get the vehicle. Upon speaking with the service person, he stated that they did replace the mounds but there was no change in the sounds because all engines used by Toyota and Honda sound like that. I asked to test drive the vehicle and then drove it to Wilde Toyota up the street who stated it should not sound like that and if they replace the motor mounds and was still having issues it was a more in-depth problem. I went back to Kia and repeated what Toyota service stated and Kia said they would look into it. After taking the weekend to think I decided I no longer wanted the vehicle as I did not trust Kia anymore. I spoke with my dealer and stated I wanted my down payment back and no longer wanted the vehicle. I went back on Monday, and the manager said that because I used my original car as a trade it, they would not give me by trade in value money back unless I purchased a new vehicle with them. I ended up getting a new vehicle because I did not want to lose the money from my trade in. I will never recommend this dealer location or purchase from them again. More
