We ended up leaving with a brand new 2017 Ford Escape and so far we are loving it! She was such a personable, down to earth, friendly person that I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy new or used! Craig was the sales manager above her, he was also very friendly, pleasant, and patient to deal with. I did not feel as though I was being pushed into a new vehicle from either one. More
