Wow. Can't say enough. The triaging for service makes drop off and pick up a breeze, and the entire experience of buying and maintaining our Tundra has Can't say enough. Most of all, the entire location is immaculate; the entire staff is both warm and yet professional; the service area has REAL COFFEE in a REAL COFFEE MACHINE, not that wasteful instant crap, and the rates are fair, honest and reasonable. The rest rooms are roomy and ABSOLUTELY IMMACULATE. Handy contacts and reminds you of maintenance and appointments without being pesky. Probably the best experience I've ever had with a dealership and repair shop in almost 50 years maintaining and owing vehicles. Since purchasing our Tundra a year ago, I have repeatedly driven an hour to Handy because I like and trust them so much. Today, the owner was out in the parking lot picking up bits of trash and cleaning the lot personally. More
